400 Motocross Special
This Ltd production light weight special was
first available in March 1974 - weighing in at just 213 lbs (compared to the
standard 231 lbs)
The bikes have magnesium
engines with lightened aluminium cylinders. Many parts are drilled for
lightness, including; brake shoes, cams, arms, footrests, clutch baskets and
primary gears. The fork tubes and internal parts are also
Lightened. Alloy fork caps, stem nut, airbox and fuel tank.
Shocks
are forward mounted and acront alloy rims are factory
fitted.
